1.      Order Processing and Delivery Hours

Orders will be processed and delivery attempts will be made Monday to Friday (considered as business days), between 9.30am and 6.00pm, excluding public holidays.

2.      Order Confirmation

Orders will only be confirmed and processed upon receipt of full payment.

3.      Delivery Lead Time

Upon order confirmation, items will be delivered within:

• 3–5 business days from March to October; and
• Up to 10 business days from November to February.

Delivery timelines are subject to unforeseen circumstances.

4.      Delivery Fee and Coverage

A flat delivery fee of $10.00 per order applies to orders below 10kg for island-wide delivery within Singapore, excluding Changi Airport, Tuas, Sentosa, P.O. Boxes and other restricted areas.

5.      Order Amendments

NO AMENDMENTS / ADD-ONS are allowed once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

6.      Unsuccessful Delivery

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the package at the doorstep. No further delivery attempt will be made.

Effective from 1 November 2026

1.      Smart Locker Self-Collection

Customers may select Smart Locker Self-Collection during checkout.

2.      Collection Window

Collection is strictly limited to the chosen collection window. Customers are required to collect their orders within the selected time slot.

3.      Earliest Collection Date

The earliest available collection date is 3 business days after the order is placed.

4.      Rescheduling

One-time free rescheduling is available only when the rescheduling request is made at least 2 business days before the chosen collection time.

5.      Rescheduling Fee

A $5 rescheduling fee will apply if the rescheduling request is made less than 2 working days before the chosen collection time.

6.      Collection Date and Timeslot

Customers are expected to adhere to their selected collection date and timeslot to facilitate the smooth and efficient collection of orders.

7.      Changes to Collection Arrangements

Any changes to the collection date or timeslot are subject to availability and the applicable terms set by Shanghai School Uniforms Pte. Ltd.

Applicable only to specific schools during the year-end period, as announced to parents and students.

1.      Collection Location

Orders designated for school collection CANNOT be reserved or collected at our Uniform Hub.

2.      Eligible Products

Generic products such as plain socks and shoes are not eligible for School Self-Collection.

3.      Collection Appointment

Upon order confirmation, customers will have selected and booked their school collection date and timeslot to collect their package from the designated school collection point.

4.      Delivery Charges

As customers collect their orders directly from school during the designated collection period, no delivery charges apply.

5.      Collection Date and Timeslot

Customers are expected to adhere to their selected collection date and timeslot to facilitate the smooth and efficient distribution of packages at school.

6.      Changes to Collection Arrangements

Any changes to the collection date or timeslot are subject to availability and the applicable terms set by Shanghai School Uniforms Pte. Ltd.

1.      Order Consolidation and Production

Upon order confirmation, pre-orders will be consolidated at the end of the ordering period before production commences.

2.      Production Lead Time

Production may take approximately 2–3 months from the end of the ordering period.

3.      Collection Method

Pre-orders will be distributed through school collection/distribution. As orders are collected through the school distribution arrangement, no delivery charges apply.

4.      Collection and Distribution Information

Customers will be informed via email notification and/or school announcements regarding the confirmed collection date, time and distribution method.

5.      Changes to Production and Distribution

The estimated production lead time and distribution arrangements are subject to change due to production or logistical circumstances. Customers will be notified of any significant changes where applicable.
