For P1 (Academic Year 2027): 

​• Order via http://www.nametags.stitchwerkz.sg/mshs 

• P1 2027 nametag is BLUE. Your child will be using the same nametag colour until P6. Thus, there is no need to place an order every year.

• You may place your order from now to 21 September 2026 

• 1 set (5 pieces @ $8.50) 

• Mode of delivery: Self collect in school on Orientation Day (12 October 2026) or mailing at an additional $3.50 for postage with tracking 

• Any name tags not collected by 12 October 2026, please do contact vendor (via email, nametags@stitchwerkz.sg) to arrange for mailing at an additional $3.50 for postage with tracking. 

For P2 to P6 (Academic Year 2027): 

• Order via http://www.nametags.stitchwerkz.sg/mshs

• For orders placed from 6 November to 15 November 2026, you will receive the order through mail before 30 December 2026 OR collection at the General office from 5 January 2027 onwards. 

• For orders placed from 16 November 2026 to 15 December 2026, you will receive the mail 5 weeks from date of order OR collection at the General office from 24 January 2027 onwards. 

• Orders placed during this period (16 December to 31 December 2026), processing time will take 8 weeks during peak season.

• For orders placed during the school term, processing time will take 4-6 weeks during peak season (September – January) and 2-3 weeks during off-peak season (February – August).

• Name tags WILL NOT be delivered together with uniform orders.
• Payment for name tags will be directly to Stitchwerkz.
